We come from a real estate development, finance, and owner’s rep background, not general contracting, so our only job is to look out for you, not to sell you construction work. We translate zoning rules and construction details into clear options, realistic budgets, and a step-by-step plan you can follow with confidence. Our work is billed on a fixed-fee basis for each phase, so you know the total cost before we begin.
